§ 95.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AMATEUR RADIO ANTENNA. Any equipment or device used to transmit, receive or transmit/receive electromagnetic signals for "Amateur Radio Service" communications as defined in 47 C.F.R. Part 97.3(4), and as used in 47 C.F.R. Part 97.15(a).
   ANTENNA. Any device, which by use of any means is designed to transmit or receive any electromagnetic, microwave, radio, television, or other frequency energy waves, of any type, for any purpose.
   ANTENNA SUPPORT STRUCTURE. Any building, pole, telescoping mast, tower, tripod, or any other structure which supports an antenna.
   REGISTERED ENGINEER. An engineer who is registered in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
   STRUCTURE, PUBLIC. An edifice or building of any kind, or any piece of work artificially built up or comprised of parts jointed together in some definite manner which is owned, or rented and operated by a federal, state, or local government agency.
