(A) Each and every time that the Lower St. Croix Valley Fire Protection District responds to an unauthorized fire, the District shall assess a service charge to the property owner and/or persons conducting the unauthorized fire.
(B) The City Clerk shall keep on file at City Hall the current rates charges by the Lower St. Croix Valley District.
(C) All unauthorized fire service fees will be billed directly to the property owner and/or persons conducting the unauthorized fire by the Lower St. Croix Valley Fire District. All fees are due and payable within 30 days of the date of invoicing. In the event the unauthorized fire fee is not paid as required by this chapter, it shall be assessed to the property taxes.
