§ 94.05 CITY PERMIT.

(A) All persons installing alarm systems for fire, police, or medical emergency within any residential or commercial structure within the city shall obtain a permit therefor at the offices of the City Clerk for the City of Lakeland.

(B) The permit shall be without fee and shall be on a form prescribed by the City Attorney.
