§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Unless otherwise designated, violation of any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.10, including maintaining a nuisance after being notified in writing by first-class mail of a violation of any provision of this chapter, shall be a misdemeanor and punished as provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall neglect, cut or remove weeds, grass, brush, or other vegetation as directed in §§ 93.40 through 93.46; or who shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with the provisions of any notice herein provided; or who shall violate any of the provisions of that subchapter; or who shall resist or obstruct the city or its employees in the cutting and removal of weeds, grass, brush, and other vegetation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each day upon which the violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
