§ 2.56.050 CITY MAGISTRATE—COMPENSATION.
   The salary of the City Magistrate shall be in amounts provided for by the City Council. The compensation paid to any Magistrate shall not be decreased during the Magistrate's term of office. The City Magistrate shall be entitled to such fringe benefits as the City Council may authorize.
