§ 13.12.010 OUTLINE OF PROCEDURES.
   The preparation, submittal, review and approval of all subdivision plats located inside the corporate limits of Lake Havasu City shall proceed through the following progressive stages:
   A.   Stage I: Pre-application conference;
   B.   Stage II: Preliminary plat;
   C.   Stage III: Final plat.
