§ 12.04.050 APPEAL COMMITTEE.
   A committee of 5 persons shall be appointed by the City Council to hear appeals of disputed decisions made by the Building Official and/or Fire Marshal. The respective appeal procedures are set forth in each of the International Codes adopted in Chapters 12.08 and 12.12 of the Lake Havasu City Code.
