§ 12.04.015 WATER ALLOCATION REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS.
   No building permit be issued for any single family or multifamily residential units to be developed on parcels or lots within the city's water service area in excess of the number of units permitted under applicable zoning regulations without first obtaining a water service letter pursuant to Chapter 7.08 of the City Code.
