§ 11.08.440 RUN-UP OF AIRCRAFT POWERPLANTS.
   Aircraft powerplants shall be run-up only in designated areas. At no times shall powerplants be run-up when aircraft, hangars, shops, other buildings, or persons in observation areas are in the path of the propeller slipstream or jet blast.
