No person shall operate or park a vehicle at the airport in a manner prohibited by signs, pavement markings, or other signals posted by the city or by regulations under this article. The Airport Supervisor has plenary power to regulate or prohibit any class or type of vehicle or any other type or class of wheeled vehicle or other form of transport that operates in the airside area.
