It is unlawful for any person to destroy, damage, or deface or cause to be destroyed, damaged, or defaced any public property located at the airport. Any person causing or responsible for the destruction or damage shall report the damage to the Airport Supervisor, and upon demand of the Airport Supervisor shall reimburse the airport for the full amount of the damage. Any person failing to report and/or reimburse the airport for damage may be refused the use of any facility until and unless the report and/or reimbursement is made.
