§ 11.04.350 TIME OF EXECUTION.
   Payback agreements shall be executed not later than 120 days after the acceptance of the line extension by the city, or the right to such agreements shall be deemed waived. The developer shall provide receipts for certification not later than 20 days from the date of the acceptance.
