§ 11.04.230 REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS.
   A system for the management of stormwater runoff, including appropriate source control and conveyance facilities, shall be installed to provide proper drainage for each new development and to connect the development to the existing downstream drainage system consistent with the drainage master plan.
