§ 11.04.210 REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS.
   A.   Sanitary sewers shall be installed to serve each new development within the city and to connect the development to existing mains if available.
   B.   Development outside of the city’s sewer system must install on-site sanitary sewer systems consistent with state and county standards.
