A. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined an amount established pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.20 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
B. A motorcycle or motorized vehicle operated in violation of this chapter shall be declared a public nuisance. A vehicle so determined a public nuisance shall be impounded by the Police Department. The Police Department shall release an impounded vehicle only upon:
1. Proof of ownership;
2. Payment in full of fine and reasonable charges for towing and storage.
