§ 10.20.010 DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFF-ROAD VEHICLE. Includes within its meaning any motorbike, moped, motorcycle, dune buggy or any 3-wheel or 4-wheel all-terrain vehicle (ATC or ATV).
