§ 10.16.030 PRESUMPTION FROM FOR-SALE SIGN.

For the purpose of § 10.16.020, it may be presumed that any vehicle parked within view of any public right-of-way while the vehicle is posted with signs reading "for sale" or any similar or analogous words is being displayed for the purpose of advertising the vehicle for sale.
