No person shall cause or permit a commercial vehicle in excess of 2 tons rated chassis capacity, with a gross vehicle weight in excess of 10,500 pounds, with more than 2 axles to be parked on any street within a residential zoning district, except for loading and unloading or if the vehicle is required to be available at designated periods at the residence as a condition of employment in accordance with A.R.S. § 9-500.46.
