Parking spaces for a physically disabled person shall be prominently defined and designated with paint and posted with a permanent sign that is located at least 3 feet but not more than 6 feet above grade, that is of a color and design approved by the police department and that displays the internationally accepted symbol of access and the caption “reserved parking.”
