The Operations Director or designee may designate parking areas to have limited-time parking. This may be done by posted signs or painted curbs in the color of green. If painted curbs alone are used, appropriate lettering will also be placed on the curb indicating the time restriction.
A. It is unlawful to park a vehicle in a restricted time zone for a period longer than is posted or indicated.
B. Upon movement of a vehicle from a parking place in a limited time parking area, that vehicle shall be moved at least 40 feet.
C. The maximum fine for violation of a portion of this section shall be established pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.20.
