A. The Operations Director or designee may designate streets or alleys which are to be limited to 1-way traffic.
B. Upon designating any street or alley as limited to 1-way traffic, the Operations Director or designee shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof. No such designation under this section shall be effective unless the signs required by this subsection are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.
