§ 9.28.020 PURCHASE OR POSSESSION OF TOBACCO.
   It shall be unlawful for a person under the age of 18 to purchase or possess or knowingly receive or accept from any person cigars, cigarettes or cigarette papers, smoking or chewing tobacco.
