§ 9.26.020 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   A.   ADULT CABARET. An adult live entertainment establishment licensed to provide alcoholic beverages pursuant to a license described in A.R.S. §§ 4-101, et seq.
   B.   ADULT ENTERTAINMENT. Any exhibition, performance, or dance of any type conducted in a premises where such exhibition, performance, or dance involves a person who is unclothed or in such costume, attire, or clothing as to expose specific anatomical areas as that term is defined in A.R.S. § 11-811.
   C.   ADULT LIVE ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENT. An establishment that features either: (1) persons who appear in a state of nudity; or (2) live performances that are characterized by the exposure of specific anatomical areas or specific sexual activities as those terms are defined in A.R.S. § 11-811.
   D.   MINIMUM ATTIRE. Opaque non-flesh colored fabric fully covering the genitals, pubic hair, vulva, mons veneris, anus, the breast area, and the buttocks area.
