§ 9.24.100 VIOLATION—PENALTY.
   A.   A juvenile determined by the magistrate or designated hearing officer to be in violation of this chapter shall have imposed a sanction of not more than $50.
   B.   A violation of § 9.24.020 of this chapter is a misdemeanor punishable pursuant to § 1.08.010 of this code.
