§ 9.24.050 EMPLOYMENT EXCEPTIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter do not apply if the minor’s presence is reasonably required in the pursuit of a lawful trade, occupation, work, business or profession in which the minor is then engaged with the permission of a parent, guardian or other person 21 years or older having legal care and custody of the minor.
