A. It is unlawful for a minor 15 years and under to be in, on or upon a public street, sidewalk, alley, right-of-way or other place open to the public by invitation in the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
B. It is unlawful for a minor 16 or 17 years to be in, on or upon a public street, sidewalk, alley right-of-way or other place open to the public by invitation in the city between the hours of midnight and 5:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. It is unlawful for a minor 16 years or 17 years to be in, on, or upon a public street, sidewalk, alley, right-of-way or other place open to the public by invitation in the city between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, Sunday, any holiday, or morning after a holiday.
