§ 9.22.050 FORFEITURE OF BB GUNS AND SLINGSHOTS.
   A.   Upon application made by the City Attorney or any other designated attorney for the state, the city court shall forfeit to the city any BB gun or slingshot used in violation of this chapter.
   B.   The procedure and notice for such applications for forfeitures as are authorized pursuant to this section shall be that which is set forth in A.R.S. §§ 13-4301 et seq.
