A. No person shall negligently, recklessly or knowingly permit the discharge of any BB gun or slingshot within the city limits except as authorized pursuant to § 9.22.030.
B. No parent or guardian shall negligently, recklessly or knowingly permit his or her child or ward to operate or discharge a BB gun or slingshot in violation of subsection A of this section.
