An applicant may appeal a denial of an application made under this chapter by filing with the City Clerk's Office a written appeal within ten business days after issuance of the denial. Within five business days after receipt of the written appeal, or such longer period of time agreed to by the applicant, the appeal will be reviewed, and a response provided by the City Manager or designee. The City Manager may reverse, affirm, or modify in any regard the determination. The decision of the City Manager or designee is final and not subject to any further administrative review.
