§ 9.16.150 JUMPING OR THROWING OBJECTS FROM OVERPASS OR BRIDGE OR VIADUCT.
   A.   For the purpose of this section, BRIDGE, OVERPASS or VIADUCT means the upper level of a crossing, at different levels, or 2 streets or highways, or a street or highway and a pedestrian path or any structure spanning and providing passage over a waterway or other obstacle.
   B.   It is unlawful for any person to drop, throw, toss, shoot or otherwise propel any object at or onto the lower level street, highway, waterway, or at or on a motor vehicle, person or vessel which is standing or being operated on the lower level street, highway or waterway.
   C.   It is unlawful for any person to dive, jump or cause or encourage another person to dive or jump off of or from any bridge, overpass or viaduct within the limits of the city.
