§ 9.16.120 VEGETATION OR STRUCTURE INTERFERING WITH PUBLIC WAY.
   A.   It is unlawful for any person to maintain or allow any tree, hedge, billboard or other obstructions which interfere with the use of public sidewalks or which prevent persons driving vehicles on public streets, alleys or highways from obtaining a clear view of the traffic when approaching an intersection or pedestrian crosswalk.
   B.   The City Council is provided full and complete control over all trees which are outside the property lines of privately owned real property.
