§ 9.16.100 PROTECTION OF WELLS AND CELLARS.
   It is unlawful for any person to maintain a well, cellar, pit or other excavation of more than 2 feet in depth on any unenclosed lot without providing substantial curbing, covering or protection of the excavation.
