§ 2.12.060 SPECIAL ELECTION FOR SUBMISSION OF INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM QUESTIONS.
   The City Council may, by resolution, call for and convene a special election for the purpose of submitting to the electorate of the city any ballot question arising out of the reserved powers of initiative or referendum. Such an election shall be held on one of the four state consolidated election dates.
