§ 2.12.050 FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE FOR CANDIDATES.
   Each candidate for the Office of Mayor or Council member shall file a financial disclosure statement on a form prescribed by the Clerk when the candidate files a nomination paper. The statement shall contain information as required by resolution of the Council.
