§ 8.22.010 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   In A.R.S. § 48-3610, the Arizona State Legislature enabled the City of Lake Havasu City to adopt regulations in conformance with A.R.S. § 48-3603 designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the City Council of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, does ordain as follows.
