§ 8.16.040 POLICE—RIGHT TO BOARD.
   Every peace officer of this city shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and applicable state law, and in the exercise of the duty and function, shall have the authority to stop and board any watercraft subject to the provisions of this chapter.
