§ 8.16.020 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   A.   AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY WATERCRAFT. Any boat, vessel or apparatus operated upon the water by any law enforcement agency, the United States Coast Guard or the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.
   B.   BRIDGEWATER CHANNEL. That navigable body of water lying between the 1 following described lines: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Section 9, Township 13 N., R. 20 W., Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian (as shown on the plat of Tract 2335, Reception No. 77-3722, records of Mohave County, Arizona); thence N. 74° 22' 06" W. a distance of 1278.78 feet, to the navigation beacon on the West side of the channel, said beacon being the True Point of Beginning; thence N. 15° 01' 32" E., crossing the channel 298.66 feet to the True Point of Ending (a tie from said True Point of Ending to the Southeast corner of said Section 9 bears S. 61° 15' 16" W. a distance of 1316.27 feet), said line forming the northern boundary of Bridgewater Channel; and
Beginning at the West quarter corner of Section 15 Township 13 N., R. 20 W., Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian, (as shown on the recorded plat of Tract 2336, Reception No. 78-13367, records of Mohave County, Arizona); thence S. 73° 35' 21" E. a distance of 1270.84 feet to the navigation beacon on the West side of the channel, said beacon being the True Point of Beginning; thence S. 86° 36' 05" E., crossing said channel 244.40 feet to the True Point of Ending (a tie from the True Point of Ending to the west quarter corner of said Section 15 bears N. 75° 40' 39" W. a distance of 1509.97 feet) said line forming the Southern boundary of Bridgewater Channel.
   C.   MOTOR-DRIVEN WATERCRAFT. Any watercraft, as defined in subsection F of this section, propelled by machinery whether or not such machinery is the principal or primary source of propulsion.
   D.   PERSON. Includes any individual, firm, corporation, partnership or association and any agent, assignee, trustee, executor, receiver or representative thereof.
   E.   WAKELESS SPEED. Any speed that does not cause the watercraft to create a wake.
   F.   WATERCRAFT. Any boat, vessel or apparatus designed for carrying at least 1 person which is propelled by machinery, oars, paddles or wind action upon a sail for navigation on the water.
