All other systems sold for installation or installed within the city shall utilize approved Under-writer’s Laboratory rated protection equipment or equipment approved by some other recognized testing laboratory substantially the equivalent. All electrical installations shall be in accordance with the city’s electrical code, and all necessary permits shall be obtained therefor.
