§ 8.08.040 ENFORCEMENT.
   A.   Enforcement shall be as described in Chapter 1.12 of this code, and the Code Enforcement Officer or designee is authorized to enforce this chapter. This chapter may also be criminally enforced in municipal court by the issuance of a complaint by the City Prosecutor's Office.
   B.   Penalties shall be as prescribed in Chapter 1.12 of this code.
