The contractor who provides collection service to residences under this chapter is also licensed to provide refuse collection service to business, commercial, industrial, multiple dwelling and other customers. Fees for such service will be set by the Common Council by resolution, and a table of maximum fees will be maintained by the City Clerk for public inspection. Billing for the service will be accomplished by the contractor, and will not be the responsibility of the city.
