All recipients of Colorado River water allocation to and/or delivered by the city shall abide by such conservation measures as are from time to time adopted by the city, including but not limited to code of Lake Havasu (relating to conservation requirements for landscaping features) and 12.08.111 et seq. (relating to low water flow fixtures and devices required for new buildings and additions to existing buildings) and any amendments or additions thereto.
