Video service providers and their subcontractors shall comply with (i) the requirements of this chapter and applicable city code chapters; (ii) construction standards of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Rules and Regulations, Part 76 Subpart K (Technical Standards), as amended from time to time; and (iii) detailed standards submitted by the video service provider as part of any application submitted to the city.
