§ 5.12.040 APPLICATION—FINGERPRINTING.
   Concurrently upon making the application required in § 5.12.030 for a liquor license or agent change/acquisition of control, each applicant shall submit a full set of fingerprints to the Police Chief or designee. The fingerprints shall be submitted to the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS). DPS is authorized to provide state and federal criminal history record information to city pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1750 and Public Law 92-544 to evaluate the fitness of these license applicants. DPS may exchange this fingerprint data with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
