§ 5.04.090 LICENSE—CANCELLATION.
   A.   Falsification of information contained on an application shall result in a notice of intent to cancel the business license issued by the Administrative Services Director or designee and cancellation of the business license within 10 business days of the date of the notice.
   B.   Failure to submit the required transaction privilege tax reports or to pay the required tax, penalty, and interest within a period of 30 calendar days after they become due, shall result in a notice of intent to cancel the business license issued by the Administrative Services Director or designee and cancellation of the business license within 10 business days of the date of the notice.
   C.   Failure to pay amounts owed to the city for fees, charges, penalties, interest, sewer connection fees, or any amounts owed to the city for any reason shall result in a notice of intent to cancel the business license issued by the Administrative Services Director or designee and cancellation of the business license within 10 business days of the date of the notice.
   D.   Failure to comply with any statute, regulation or ordinance relating to land use, the public peace, health and safety, or taxation, shall result in a notice of intent to cancel the business license issued by the Administrative Services Director or designee and cancellation of the business license within 10 business days of the date of the notice.
   E.   To contest a business license cancellation, the licensee shall request a hearing within 10 business days of the notice of cancellation. If timely requested, a hearing before the City Manager will be held for the purpose of showing cause why the license should not be cancelled. If no such hearing is requested the business license shall be cancelled.
   F.   No business license cancelled pursuant to this section shall be reinstated until the cause for cancellation has been fully rectified and a reissuance fee collected.
   G.   Any license fee renewal not paid in full on or before December 31 shall result in immediate cancellation of a business license without further notification.
