§ 5.04.030 LICENSE—CODE CONFORMANCE—ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW.
   Prior to issuance of a business license, applicant must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, ordinances, rules, regulations, and requirements. The Administrative Services Director or designee shall route business license applications to the Zoning Administrator, Fire Chief, Police Chief, and other city officials for review and inspection as deemed necessary, prior to the issuance of any business license.
