A. There shall be no connections installed, located, maintained, or operated between the water supply system of the city, including its appurtenant mains, pipes, fixtures and equipment, and any other water supply system which might cause contamination or pollution of the water and physical parts of the city's water supply system. The city shall have the right to discontinue the supply of water to the premises where this condition exists.
B. Decisions of the Director under this chapter may be appealed to the City Manager unless stated otherwise. The appeal shall be in writing within 10 business days of the Director's decision and shall specify the specific decision of the Director which is being appealed and the specific relief being requested. The decision of the City Manager shall be final.
