§ 3.30.050 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAW SUFFICIENT TO ESTABLISH COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF CITY ORDINANCE.
   Any contractor or subcontractor that establishes that they have complied in good faith with the requirements of A.R.S. § 41-4401 are deemed to have an affirmative defense that they have not violated this chapter.
