Prior to the required public meeting set out in § 3.20.050, city staff shall make available to the public appropriate data indicating the cost, or estimated cost, required to support the fees and charges for which new or revised fees are proposed. The City Manager shall provide a summary of the present fees and charges and those proposed at the public hearings.
