§ 5.24.080 FINES, PENALTIES.
   A.   Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
   B.   Civil penalty: Violations of any provision of this chapter shall be civil code offenses which may be adjudicated and enforced by the city civil hearing process set forth in Chapter 1.12.
