§ 8.14.030 REPEATED USE OF SERVICE—EMERGENCY—EXCEPTION.
   A.    No fee shall be assessed for a repeated use of emergency services on any occasion when the use of service results in enforcement action, emergency medical transportation, or other action necessary for the welfare of the general public.
   B.   In accordance with Chapter 3.20 of this code, all other fees for service may still apply.
